Four systems you can look at

Each one is a working demo with a fictional company, built the way I build for clients. Open one and see what it does.

AI inbox assistant

The problem
Enquiries arrive by email and web form. Someone reads each one, copies it into a spreadsheet, writes a reply and forgets to follow up.
The result
Every enquiry is read, logged with a priority and the reasons, and answered with a draft reply. A person reviews it and presses send.

Instant quote system (Google Sheets)

The problem
A design-build firm typed quotes by hand after trade shows, and leads got lost.
The result
Clients price their home online in under a minute. A branded PDF is emailed, the lead is logged and the owner is alerted.

AI document intake

The problem
Bookkeepers retype invoices and receipts that arrive as PDFs, scans and phone photos.
The result
Documents are read, checked and posted to QuickBooks and Google Sheets with the original attached. Anything doubtful waits for a person.

Excel and Sheets monthly reports

Excel and Sheets monthly reports

The problem
Every month someone loses a day copy-pasting three exports into one sales report.
The result
On the 2nd of each month a finished Excel report, with charts and live formulas, arrives by email. Nobody copies and pastes.

Process

Four steps, no surprises

  1. A 15-minute call

You tell me what is eating your time. I ask questions and tell you honestly whether automation will help.

  2. A fixed-price proposal

You get the scope, the price and the date in writing. The price does not change unless you change the scope.

  3. Built and tested, you approve each step

I build in small steps and show you each one. Nothing goes live until you say so.

  4. Handover, docs and optional care

You get documentation and a walkthrough. If you want, a care plan keeps an eye on it and fixes problems.

  • Tested before it goes live

Every system is tested on sample data first, and the tests are part of the handover.

  • Error alerts built in

If something fails, it retries and then tells you. It never fails silently.

  • Your accounts, your data

It runs in your own accounts, so it keeps working and it stays yours.

About

Hi, I'm Juan Diego

I'm a developer who turned to automation, because I like taking the repetitive work off a team's plate and seeing it just run.

I work from Costa Rica, in English and Spanish, and I treat your business like it's mine: I explain things in plain words, I keep the price fixed, and I never ship anything you haven't approved.

I build small, useful systems with n8n, Google Apps Script, Excel and AI, and I use an AI-assisted studio to prepare the work faster. I review and approve every step myself.

Typical projects

  • Enquiries and leads from email or web forms, logged and answered
  • Spreadsheet tools in Google Sheets or Excel: quotes, CRMs, dashboards
  • Invoices, receipts and documents read and posted to your books
  • Monthly reports built from messy exports

FAQ

Questions people ask

How much does it cost?

I quote a fixed price, agreed in writing before we start, after a short call. There is no hourly billing and no surprise at the end. The price only changes if you change what you want.

How long does it take?

You get a date in the proposal. Small, well-defined automations are the quickest, and bigger systems are split into steps you approve one at a time, so you see progress early.

Whose accounts does it run on?

Yours. I build inside your Google, n8n, QuickBooks or other accounts, so you own everything. I never need your passwords: you give me access by sharing or by signing in yourself.

What about my data and privacy?

Your data stays in your own accounts. What you share with me is used only for your project. When an AI reads your documents, only what is needed is sent, and I tell you which AI service is used before we start.

What happens if something breaks?

Systems are tested before handover and send an alert if they fail. If you take the care plan, I watch and fix. If you don't, you still have the documentation and I am a message away.

Do you work in Spanish?

Yes. I work in English and Spanish, and the systems can read and write in both, including the replies the AI drafts.
